We are an International Institute for Somatic Education, Coaching & Healing Arts (IISECHA).
By teaching individuals new paradigms of healing and possibility through education, movement, and neuroscience, we connect them back with their innate and indigenous, feminine wisdom to transform their lives and their communities.
In addition, we train and teach professionals how to incorporate these paradigms into their client practice whether in health, therapy, yoga, or coaching.
