Medicine in Movement: An Exploration of Yoga, Tai Chi/Qi Gong, and Dance

In the journey of writing this paper movement was the medicine which allowed me to make progress when the entire world felt like it was closing in on me as unresolved trauma around so many ideas and concepts reemerged.
