We are thrilled to announce a very special schedule of classes in our virtual temple, the Saraswati Shala, is now open for registration.
We are thrilled to present our future, NeuroSomatic™ Flow Teachers, Class of ‘22.
These classes fulfill their final teaching practicum and teaching publicly in the Saraswati Shala is an option that several of our trainees are embracing with great courage, grace and joy.

While Poi will be a part of these classes, they are not needed to participate in these classes.

* PLEASE NOTE: For some of our teachers, this will be their first-time teaching a public, movement class so we appreciate your support! In addition, most of the flow movement involving poi or hoops will be BASIC ONLY. If you’re looking to learn new, flow “tricks” then these classes would not be suitable for you.
