The NSF Program is divided into 5 sections, or Spirals, and each section corresponds to an element. Each Spiral is then broken down into 3 learning modules: Flow, Science & Theory, and Teaching.

WEEK 8 | THE PRACTICUMS BEGIN
We’re almost halfway through the training and this week starts their practicums, where they demonstrate their knowledge of the flow movements and science and theory knowledge.
This is quite an exciting and nervous time for us all!

WEEK 11 | LIVE CALL - 2020/07/28
A RARE & BEAUTIFUL glimpse into some of the magic inside our inaugural NeuroSomatic Flow™ Teacher Training!
It’s Nova Dasalla’s voice you hear and trainees from ALL around the world flowing together. This was our first LIVE flow together!!! And it was Divine!!
On this call, we were moved to tears by each and every share - so much DEEP and profound healing, epic expansion, and perhaps the most common share was (paraphrasing here) “gratitude for knowing I am empowered to re-pattern myself & my life ANY time I want”.
As Nova shared in the call, it’s sooooo wild to think back to my early days of poi - when I was still constantly hitting myself in awkward bliss - sharing with Nova, “Its crazy, but I feel like this movement could be the medicine of the future!” And he would just laugh and supportively say, “Ok sweetie... “
LOL!
And here we are. Thank you dear ones, our beloved trainees, for sharing this beautiful dream with us and being the “Founding Mothers” of a new lineage of healing & education birthed at a most auspicious time in the evolution of humanity. In a world with countless traditions initiated by men, it’s so refreshing to ignite something so powerful with so many extraordinary WOMEN.
“Feeling profoundly honored to be a part of this inaugural training program!
Ever since I picked up the hula hoop for the first time (as an adult ), I could feel medicine of flow not just physically, but my mental health has improved dramatically as well.
I could feel in my soul that getting into that flow state while hooping was transformative and healing. Now I am learning the science that proves it and the techniques to be able to share it with others.
Just like yoga and meditation have been scientifically proven to have positive physiological effects and are widely recommended by professionals, FLOW is soon to be included with these as another way to treat the whole person.
