NSF Teacher & Coach Guidelines

🌿 NeuroSomatic Flow®

Teacher & Coach Operational Guidelines -
Coach Engagement, Referral, Stewardship & NSFT™ Publishing

Effective Date: 2/22/2026
Applies To: Certified NeuroSomatic Flow® Teachers (Level 2+) and Coaches (Level 3)

I. Purpose

These guidelines establish how you engage with people who want to learn more about NSF, how referrals and stewardship work economically, and what's required when you create and share NSFT™ content publicly.

This structure exists to:

  • Preserve lineage coherence

  • Protect trademark integrity

  • Encourage generous sharing

  • Support your income as a teacher

  • Prevent NSF/NSFT from becoming generic

  • Keep the ecosystem sustainable for everyone

II. NSF vs NSFT: Understanding the Distinction

NeuroSomatic Flow® (NSF)

NSF refers to:

  • The lineage

  • The philosophical framework

  • The relational field

  • The full orientation of the work

NSF is the complete body of work—the transmission-based, relational modality that integrates neuroscience, flow psychology, somatic healing, embodied play, and relational attunement.

NeuroSomatic Flow Techniques™ (NSFT)

NSFT refers to:

  • A structured applied methodology

  • A branch of the NSF lineage

  • A teachable framework derived from NSF

NSFT is nested within NSF.

It does not replace or redefine the full medicine.

This distinction preserves depth and prevents fragmentation of the work into isolated techniques that lose the essence of what makes NSF transformative.

Operational Clarity

When representing your work publicly:

Use NSF when:

  • Describing your training lineage

  • Representing your certification

  • Speaking about the full relational framework

  • Referring to the modality as a whole

Use NSFT when:

  • Teaching specific techniques in group settings

  • Creating shareable practice prescriptions

  • Offering structured methodologies derived from NSF

III. When Someone Says: "How Do I Learn More?"

After a talk, workshop, retreat, or public event, here's how to engage people who want to go deeper.

Pathway 1 — One-on-One Coaching

If someone wants personal support and you're certified to offer it:

  • You can offer 1:1 sessions within your certification scope

  • You keep 100% of coaching fees

  • Use your own scheduling and payment system

  • Stay within your scope (Level 2 = groups, Level 3 = private coaching)

This is independent professional work—no lineage revenue share applies.

(Aligns with Section IV.3 of the NSF Stewardship Framework: Independent Earnings)

Pathway 2 — General Interest in Learning More

If someone wants general information about NSF, you can share:

  • Official website link or QR code

  • Monthly Medicine of Flow Circle

  • Bali Dakini Poi

  • Gateway NSF

  • NSF Teacher Training

  • Your official referral code (to be given later)

Use approved brand language when referencing official NSF offerings.

IV. Referral & Commission Structure

Here's how compensation works when you use official referral links or codes.

1. Monthly Medicine of Flow Circle (Free)

Purpose: Community introduction
Commission: None

2. Bali Dakini Poi

Commission: 10% of net sale price
Applies to confirmed sales through your referral link/code.

3. Gateway NSF (Online Foundational Program)

Commission: 25% of tuition
Applies upon confirmed enrollment via your referral link/code.

4. Flex-Paced NSF Teacher Training – Level 1

Two ways to participate:

A. Stewardship Model (Active Mentorship)

If you:

  • Conduct scheduled 1:1 mentorship

  • Support integration

  • Answer curriculum-related questions

  • Stay engaged throughout the training

Then:

  • Commission = 50% of tuition

  • This rate stays consistent if your trainee progresses to Level 2 and Level 3

  • Your stewardship contributes toward future Level 4 eligibility (subject to separate criteria)

B. Referral-Only Model

If you refer but don't steward:

  • Commission = 25% of tuition

  • This rate stays consistent if the trainee progresses to Level 2 and Level 3

  • Stewardship responsibility stays with Founders or designated leadership

V. Stewardship Confirmation

To qualify for 50% commission:

  • Stewardship must be declared at enrollment

  • Engagement must be demonstrable if we ask

  • We reserve the right to reclassify if stewardship responsibilities aren't fulfilled

We're not interested in policing—but if someone signs up expecting mentorship and doesn't receive it, we need to address that.

VI. Scope of Practice & Public Representation

A. Certification Scope Boundaries

Each certification level has clear scope:

  • Level 1 – Practitioner: Personal use only

  • Level 2 – Teacher: Group teaching and facilitation

  • Level 3 – Coach: 1:1 private coaching sessions

  • Level 4 – Authorized Trainer: Regional Level 1 trainings + co-facilitation

You must:

  • Accurately represent your training level

  • Work only within your certified scope

  • Not offer services beyond your certification

You must not:

  • Misrepresent your authorization status

  • Offer private coaching if you're only Level 2

  • Offer trainings unless authorized as Level 4

  • Make medical, psychological, or diagnostic claims at any level

Clear scope protects both you and the public.

B. What You May Do

Within your certification level, you may:

  • Create complementary offerings that align with NSF philosophy

  • Develop your own brand and professional identity

  • Innovate on delivery methods and teaching approaches

  • Use NSF principles in your own professional work

  • Share NSFT prescriptions publicly (with pre-publication approval)

  • Tag NaiAsa Institute in your posts

  • Use approved brand assets and logos

C. What You May Not Do

To preserve lineage integrity, you may not:

  • Label derivative work as official NSF unless authorized

  • Publicly redefine core NSF philosophy outside lineage alignment

  • Offer official NSF certifications unless you're an authorized Level 4 trainer

  • Use NSF/NSFT names for offerings that significantly diverge from core methodology

  • Create "NSF-certified" programs without explicit authorization

  • Modify official curriculum and present it as standard NSF training

If your work diverges significantly from NSF principles, it needs its own name—so the public knows what they're receiving.

D. Derivative Work Guidelines

You're encouraged to innovate and create complementary offerings.

However:

  • Modifications must be clearly distinguished from core NSF curriculum

  • You cannot market derivative work as "official NSF" without authorization

  • If you develop a new modality that integrates NSF principles, give it a distinct name

  • You may say "informed by NeuroSomatic Flow®" or "NSF-influenced" for derivative work

This protects innovation while preserving coherence.

VII. Creating & Sharing NSFT™ Prescriptions

If you're Level 2 or above, you're welcome to create and publicly share original NeuroSomatic Flow Technique™ (NSFT™) prescriptions.

We want this work in the world. We just need a few guardrails.

A. Pre-Publication Check-In

Before you post publicly (social media, YouTube, workshops, recorded programs, downloadable materials):

  1. Submit the content or outline to Jinju and Nova for review

  2. Wait for written approval ("final OK")

  3. Then publish

This review preserves:

  • Philosophical coherence

  • Scope integrity

  • Trademark protection

  • Prevention of genericization

If something goes out without approval, we may ask you to take it down. Repeated issues could pause your NSF publishing privileges.

B. Trademark Formatting (The Boring But Important Stuff)

When referencing NSF intellectual property, use:

For the applied methodology:
NeuroSomatic Flow Technique™ or NSFT™
(™ must appear at first reference per piece of content)

For the lineage name:
NeuroSomatic Flow®
(® must appear at first reference per piece of content)

You don't need to repeat the symbol throughout—just use it prominently at first mention.

Important:

  • Symbols must appear in captions, descriptions, and published copy

  • Trademark formatting may not be altered

  • Proper usage prevents genericization and protects certification value

C. Content Requirements for NSFT™ Prescriptions

Public NSFT™ prescriptions:

Must:

  • Distinguish between shareable NSFT™ practices and full Certified NeuroSomatic Flow® training pathways

  • Accurately reflect your certification level

  • Use approved trademark formatting

  • Maintain philosophical alignment with NSF principles

Must not:

  • Include medical or therapeutic claims

  • Present as diagnostic interventions

  • Redefine NSF philosophy publicly

  • Suggest NSFT prescriptions replace professional training or certification

D. Brand Assets (Coming Soon)

You'll soon receive access to an official NSF Asset Library, including:

  • Approved logos

  • Origin stamp graphics

  • Brand photography

  • Copy templates

  • Standardized language

Once released, use these official assets when publishing NSFT™ content under NSF branding.

VIII. Maintaining Eligibility

To remain eligible for commissions and publishing privileges:

  • Keep your certification active

  • Represent your certification level accurately

  • Don't make medical, psychological, or diagnostic claims

  • Use official trademark formatting correctly

  • Use referral codes for commission tracking

  • Obtain pre-publication approval for NSFT content

  • Work within your scope of practice

Non-compliance may result in:

  • Forfeiture of commission eligibility

  • Suspension of NSF publishing privileges

  • Removal requests for unauthorized content

  • In severe cases, review of certification status

Our intention is always alignment and restoration—not punishment. If something's off, we talk about it, find clarity, and move forward together.

IX. Integrity Review Process

If misrepresentation, scope confusion, or unauthorized content occurs, a review process may be initiated.

The intention is alignment and restoration.

We're not interested in punitive measures. We're interested in clarity and repair.

If something's off, we'll reach out to discuss it. We'll find alignment together. We'll move forward as stewards of this lineage.

Clear standards preserve collective credibility and protect everyone in the ecosystem.

X. Non-Hierarchical Structure

NSF is not a multi-level marketing system.

Compensation applies only to:

  • Direct referrals

  • Direct stewardship

  • Independent coaching

There are no downline incentives.

XI. Modification Clause

NSF may refine commission structures, stewardship requirements, publishing guidelines, or trademark policies as the ecosystem evolves.

We'll provide reasonable notice before implementing changes.

This is a living framework for a living lineage.

Closing Principle

NeuroSomatic Flow® is a lineage, not a hack system.

These guidelines exist to:

  • Encourage generous sharing

  • Protect distinctiveness

  • Preserve certification integrity

  • Prevent genericization

  • Support long-term sustainability
