The NeuroSomaticFlow™ Coach Training | Level 3
After several years of development, we’re proud to release our coach certification program that will help those professionals who are looking for innovative ways to help clients rewire their brain, release trauma and reclaim joy.
We are thrilled to forge a new path for trauma-informed, somatic healing in one of the most comprehensive programs of its kind in the world.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
For those who go on to become NaiAsa Institute coaches, elements that set our coaches apart from most classical, life coaches are not only the trauma-informed, transformational embodiment practices, but also the master-level knowledge of the underlying neuroscience principles within.
This training will have a special focus on utilizing a 5-step, NeuroSomatic Flow Technique™ (NSFT) process to assist private clients and/or loved ones in identifying and re-wiring limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns, to ultimately live their optimal, most purposeful, and blissful life.
This training is for those who seek to:
utilize NSFTs in a private coaching context
begin or continue their career as a professional trauma-informed, transformational, somatic life coach
expand their current coaching practice to incorporate more tools based in somatic, spiritual and scientific principles and practices.
be a part of a community of soul-centered coaches, healers, and leaders, who are passionate about evolving human consciousness, specifically awakening feminine (yin, right-brain, whole-brain) consciousness for the healing of our planet.
With the completion of Level 3, you’ll be:
able to demonstrate advanced-ability to facilitate mind and body re-programming/re-patterning of behavior and beliefs
supported in launching a professional, coaching practice in alignment with International Coach Federation guidelines
able to facilitate healing and transformation in 1-on-1 sessions within a coaching context
featured and promoted as a certified NSF Coach on the NaiAsa Institute website and in NaiAsa communities
The key element in facilitating a more balanced, circular, flowing, intuitive manner of coaching is the shift from more linear, rigid approaches to facilitating transformation to ones that guide their clients home, not just to their bodies, but equally important, to living a life in accordance with their hearts, their bliss, and their soul's desire for clarity.

Thus far, you’ve demonstrated knowledge, presentation skills, mastery of flow foundations, and applications of learned theories . . . . now it’s time for you to learn facilitation skills and the ability to create accountability and trust.

- The NaiAsa Institute Coaching Model (which you all know very well by now!)

- Ethics (w ICF standards in mind)
- Core Competencies (w ICF standards in mind)
- Since coaching is an enormous world in and of itself, we will keep the focus in this training on utilizing NSFT’s with our clients. Some of those specific skills we’ll drill:
- Setting clear Intentions & Visions
- The process of identifying core limiting beliefs, disempowering stories, and deep seated fears
- Co-creating Mantras
- Coupling NSF Patterns with and without Poi (many clients will come to you not knowing what poi is so you will want to know how to guide the patterns in JUST the body… ) though if you partner with NaiAsa Institute, most of our audience is familiar with and has poi.
- Creating Accountability for Success
- Creating Coherence
- Being able to Identify & Support Trauma Responses
- Live Observed (or recorded) Coaching Sessions (Start keeping a coaching log!)
- Practice with other Trainees
- Practice with Individuals Outside of Program
- How to Overcome Common Challenges of Coaching
- Building Your Practice & Your Biz

SCHEDULE
There will be at least 2 LIVE group zoom calls per month for support and practice. Exact times for these calls will be determined based on location of Level 3 registrants. Since it will be a relatively small group, we trust we’ll be able to create an optimal schedule for the majority, if not all, in the group.
1-on-1 Mentorship Coaching Sessions: one, 60 min private coaching & mentorship sessions per month (3 total) are included on a use-it-or-lose-it basis (no rollovers)
Coaching Practicums:
1-on-1: Certification will require completion of three, 30-60 min recorded or live-observed NSF coaching calls.
Final Session (Session #4) will be encouraged to be a paid session!
OPTIONAL:
Facilitator Training Practicums for those who would like to continue on the NSF training team and have the opportunity to be compensated for training facilitation):
#1: Facilitate two, 1-on-1 Flow Practicums for Level 1 Trainees*
#2: Facilitate two, Teaching Practicum for Level 2 Trainees*
If no Level 1 or 2 trainees are available, Level 3 trainees may practice and facilitate with each other inside of mock practicums.
