Aloha Wa’a

foundations class for those new to Naiasa institute

Welcome to the New World

The winds of change are accelerating, ushering in a new era of uncertainty. The rapid pace of change overwhelms the average human brain and nervous system, causing day-to-day life to become a source of chronic stress and trauma for billions—mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

People are awakening to the realization that old paradigms and systems, intended to heal and transform, have left them ill-equipped to navigate these changes in healthy and empowered ways. The Covid Era has exacerbated this struggle. Individuals are not only questioning their beliefs but also reinventing themselves, often feeling isolated as they grapple with profound shifts. Some have even severed ties with friends and family due to differing values on issues ranging from medical choices and immunity to political beliefs and social issues.

Now, in our evolution, we're urged to explore fresh healing modalities and communities for optimal growth. Yet, not just any modality or community will suffice. We require technologies that enable our brains to swiftly adapt and process the profound shifts in reality, unlocking creativity to thrive in this New World. Equally essential are communities providing a safe space to delve into these possibilities.

In this monthly event, we are excited to share solutions that don’t require a pill and are easily accessible to anyone.

All you need is an open mind, heart, and a willingness to open to your infinite potential. If you feel a calling in your soul, and curious to know more, then we invite you to reserve your seat to set sail and flow with us on Aloha Wa’a!

  • Welcome to the New World

The winds of change are shifting faster than ever and uncertainty is the new norm.

Because the average human brain and nervous system are not equipped (without specialized training)

to process this much change at such a rapid pace . . . .

    . . . . day-to-day life has become a source of chronic stress and even trauma for billions . . . .

. . . . not only mentally and physically, but also emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

  • Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The NaiAsa Institute has been birthed in response to the dire need for new paradigms of education and training that are based in HARMONY of yin and yang, universal principles for personal and organizational transformation.

Our programs weave scientific knowledge, indigenous wisdom, and somatic (mindful movement) arts in service to the greater balance of these principles.

The following Foundations video is part of the curriculum of our 200-Hour, NeuroSomatic™ Flow Teaching Training. (The inaugural training was completely sold-out as we recently graduated 12 women from the program.)

In this class video, you’ll be introduced to some of the following:

  • The Human Nervous System (high level)

  • Evolutionary Perspective of Brain Development - Why Talk Therapy is not Enough

  • Somatics & Neuroplasticity (reprogramming)

  • Your Brain in Flow (Whole-Brain Functioning, the Cerebellum & Beyond)

  • Emotional/Limbic Brain - Reward, Motivation, Learning & Addiction (Fear & Love)

  • Breathwork and Flow
