*This retreat will weave “NaiAsana Yoga Goddess Namaskars” as soulful somatic embodiment practices that will be danced as prayer offerings. See “Pele Namaskar” in the video to the left. All participants will receive complimentary access to the online vision activation class so you can begin learning long before arriving to Bali.
Keep in mind, this is your journey, your time, your retreat. Please feel free to bow out of any sessions to go soak in the pool or enjoy a massage. This schedule is subject to shift and flow based on the needs of the group.
Please note: full participation in all classes and workshops (with the exception of excursions & evening activities) is required for those participants wishing to receive a Certificate of Completion of 50 hours of NaiAsa Institute credit.

While this program may be healing and therapeutic in nature, it should not be mistaken for therapy.
Also, while all levels of flow and dance practitioners are welcome, please note this is not an advanced technical flow, dance, or fire retreat. We will cover basic to intermediate flow patterns with a focus on integrating somatic movement, dance, yoga, and ritual.
Please be open to have a beginner’s mind! You’re welcome to request privates to deepen your technique.

Co-founder of NaiAsa Institute, she leads programs rooted in Science, Soul, and Soma, including NaiAsana™️ yoga, Goddess Brain® Coaching, and NeuroSomatic Flow™️, a healing modality that rewires the brain, releases trauma, and reclaims joy.
In addition to leading women’s transformational journeys and retreats since 2012, she has presented, performed and taught at multiple conferences and festivals around the globe and was featured in Elle, after her successful debut of sharing the Medicine of Flow at Wanderlust.
